Here at The Connected Canine, we specialize in helping dog owners throughout the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles area improve their relationships with their pet pooches through a variety of puppy and dog training programs.

We are not your standard trainers, with years of experience working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, our family team (Sarah & Jason), knows what practices dogs (and their humans) respond to. We don’t waste time testing things out - we know how to help, and your dog will get extremely individualized attention regardless of which program you and our team together decide will have the best outcome on your relationship with your doggie.

With The Connected Canine, there are no fake-out or staged circumstances, we work your pup through everyday situations. Your dogs stay in our home, not in a kennel with countless other crazy dogs. It is also unique that we only take two dogs at a time. We like to say this is how your dog learns how to behave in real life.

We have mentioned time and time again how important it is for your dog to be socialized from a young age and through adulthood. Our program provides everyday socialization for your dog that is far more valuable that time at your local dog park. We refer to it as a cocktail party rather than a mosh pit! This is especially helpful for pups who are shy or who may act inappropriately with other dogs at times.

Puppies learn seven main commands like “sit” and “down” in our 7-day Puppy Training Course. This is in addition to intensive behavior and manners training, which includes exactly what you would think: potty training, crate training, waiting politely and calmly for food and other valuable training. Having their dogs wait patiently and politely for food is on the wish list of most dog owners we know!

The Connected Canine Dog Training Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley helps people and their pets live more harmoniously. Let us know how we can help!
